In a perceptive article at The New York Times , there is some evidence that Scorpios are more asthmatic, but this has nothing to do with the stars.
This month, The American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine will be reporting that children born under the Sun sign Scorpio, have a 30 percent higher risk for asthma than those born in other seasons. This is an astonishing finding, quite a high percentile difference. This conclusion is based on a review of the birth and medical records of over 95,000 children in Tennessee. Hope someone over here, does the same research and corroborate the findings...
A possible explanation is that autumn babies tend to be about 4 months old at the peak of cold and flu season. By that age, many babies are in day care and are regularly exposed to the outside world before their lungs have expanded sufficiently and their immune systems have developed.
Do read that article, there is a detailed discussion of this issue.
