Don't give away money, or play the groom in kindergarten, alligator found tied to a tree, and naked man walks into dentist,

After that rant against racism, let us return to the oddness of what it is to be human:

A drunken Briton celebrated an inheritance by trying to give it away to strangers at a Spanish airport, government-run news agency EFE reported on Wednesday.

The unidentified man, 59 years-old and dressed like a tramp, laughed as he started handing out a pile of 52,000 euros (45,000 pounds) in travellers' cheques and notes at Palma airport on the holiday island of Majorca before police stopped him, EFE said.

The police bundled the man back to home by the next available flight.

Meanwhile in US,

A fourth-grade teacher has apologized for playing the groom in a mock wedding to a student.

The Portland Press Herald reported that Paul Rosenblum agreed to participate after the girl proposed and his class at the Plummer-Motz School in Falmouth, Maine, cajoled him.

At the brief playground ceremony, Rosenblum wore a black graduation gown and a clown tie. The girl had a sheet draped around her clothes for a gown.

We don't know whether the teacher would be penalised or not. We hope he gets away.

And nothing gets stranger than this:

Police responding to a report of an alligator at a South Florida apartment complex found the 8-foot gator tied to a tree with an extension cord.

Gotcha! You believed that, did you, that nothing gets stranger than an alligator tied to a tree with an extension cord? Well here is something to top that:

Police in Connecticut said a man who showed up for a dental appointment in the nude has been charged with disorderly conduct and public indecency.
Investigators said Christopher Hoff, 41, arrived at Optimus Dental in Stratford completely naked and fled the building once the female receptionist began screaming, The Connecticut Post reported Wednesday.
