There are all sorts of craziness in the world, the theme of this blog looks like evolving into, except for the animals, which are cool and clever:

Recently deceased Hong Kong tycoon Nina Wang, once the richest woman in Asia, gave hundreds of millions of dollars to her feng shui consultant in search of a longer life.

Even after her hopes were dashed, when she died at age 69 in 2007, she left billions more to the consultant - her alleged lover - in her will.

Tony Chan, a former bartender and master in the ancient Chinese art of channeling energy known as feng shui, received three gifts of $88 million dollars from the real estate billionaire after she was diagnosed with cancer in 2004. The gifts were bestowed in 2005 and 2006.

Even crime gets comic:

San Antonio police are seeking the man who robbed 65-year-old Rita Cervantes after she cashed a check at a bank and was getting into her van. Cervantes told police that a man with a towel over his face approached, jumped into her vehicle and began fighting with her.
She told WOAI-TV that she punched the man, but he bit her and took about $150.

But we don't want to end the day laughing- life is not trivial- there are more serious things: such as this braveheart:

Since 1995, millionaire H. Beatty Chadwick has been locked up in a jail outside Philadelphia for contempt of court.

What was the contempt?

He is accused of hiding at least $2.5 million from his ex-wife in overseas accounts and refusing to disclose where it is.

How did he do it?

Chadwick, now 72, has maintained that he lost the money — some said in court it was $8 million — in bad investments.

And Chadwick, hero of manhood, had won his just battle-

.
..the Associated Press reports, a Delaware County judge ordered his release, saying more time in the slammer would not make Chadwick comply.

We found this great news at USA Today.
