1. When you are interested in something, you do it instantaneously, there is immediate understanding, immediate transformation.- J.Krishnamurti
Doing and Being are not different: We are not only what we are, we are what we do.
2. Handling anger: "Some unfornutate people, who have a tendency to anger, neglect the treatment and cure of this passion and so give no thoughts to the saying “The momement of his anger is his downfall: (Ecclus 1:22)". This, and more at Prayers and Reflections.
3. I found this about Twitter. Twitter is such a trivial activity- but if you go the right way about it, it can even be liberating. At least, that is what Frederik A. Brussat thinks- "Twitter provides opportunities to connect with others around the world so we can sense how self and world are linked in ever-expanding circles."
-"25 Reasons Why Twitter Is Spiritual". Life can be spiritual, no matter what we do.

4. Tricycle's Daily Dharma tells us to Rest in Natural Great Peace-
"Think of your ordinary emotional, thought-ridden self as a block of ice or a slab of butter left out in the sun. If you are feeling hard and cold, let this aggression melt away in the sunlight of your meditation."
The quote is better than this when read in its entirety.
5. And then a Nietszche quote:
"We praise or blame as one or the other affords more opportunity for exhibiting our power of judgment."
Praising or condemning- it is all to do with our sense of superiority- is that so?
Hope we remember that we are what we are: and live life in an open, free and sponataneous way and uncork the spirit of creativity in our daily life and find happiness.
Be happy, really.
