But wait!
Air New Zealand has hit on a novel way to make sure even the most jaded flyers keep their eyes glued on its flight safety briefing.
The national carrier's safety video for domestic services on its Boeing Co 737 planes show pilot and cabin crew dressed only in body paint.

Okay, their eyes were glued and the ears perked up, but do you think anyone would have remembered anything that was said? To be honest, nothing would have registered on our brains except what we saw.
This is scary- may be they were thinking out of the box- awful InspirationFail:
Low-cost Irish airline Ryanair says it is seeking permission to sell standing room tickets on flights.
Such passengers would be charged less than regular seats, and Ryanair is seeking permission from the Irish Aviation Authority to allow standing room before ordering new aircraft, the British tabloid The Sun reported Monday.
The newspaper said such standing fliers would huddle next to what have been described as "bar stools," to which they would be attached by seatbelts. A Ryanair spokesman said, "If they approve it, we'll be doing it."

Talk about huddling- can China be far behind- far ahead, we would confidently aver, for China's Spring Airlines is doing the same:
"The process of plane making is really long," spokesman Zhang Wuan told CCTV. "We already ordered 14 new jets. But some of them will only be delivered next year. And you have to wait for at least 5 years to lease a plane, and it is also very expensive."
"It's just like bar stools," he added. "The safety belt is the the most important thing. It will still be fastened around the waist."

What next? Foot-board travel.
And finally, and let us add, this has nothing to do with packing a plane with people:
Casket makers catering to natural burials have offered biodegradable coffins made of such materials as recycled newspapers or cardboard. Ecoffins USA, based in Montrose, Colo., is selling caskets made of banana sheaves.
They take six months to two years to biodegrade.
